Review: The spacious one-bedroom apartment provided great comfort and was well equipped for meals. Enjoyed the lovely city views, especially from the sky view balcony. some kitchenware was unclean and the air conditioning in the second bedroom was lacking, which was challenging in hot weather. , rating: 6, date of stay: 2024-01-10}

Perfect and incredibly comfortable location close to everything in the city, exceeded high expectations. Further, it was right by the night life is happening, and most attractions.

Reasonably spacious and overall clean hotel, it's a useful base for staycation. The location is comfortable and handy, at a moderate distance from Beehive Corner Building. What's more, it's in a particularly good area short walk to the Festival Theatre, Adelaide Casino, restaurants and bars and the convention centre.

Location
Stingy amount of coffee, no biscuits. No full length mirror in room. Lights not working in bathroom, unable to put makeup on in a good light. Top of stove dirty. Lacking friendliness, and just a general lack if hospitality. Also on booking I believed it to be a skyview room. This was a main reason for choosing iprecinct, which on arrival the hotel has another name!

I had a decent experience staying at the Istay. The location was fantastic, making it easy to get around and enjoy local attractions. The pool and sauna were real treats, providing a nice way to unwind. I appreciated the clean and comfortable bedding, and the staff were generally friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed to make last-minute changes to my travel plans. Having a well-equipped kitchen was also a bonus for preparing meals.

I love the fact that you can open the windows and get fresh air. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We made use of spa, pool and sauna and were happy that there are good restaurants within walking distance. Staff were always available and helpful.
Comfortable, well located, clean, modern
Can't think of any.

I had a decent stay! The location was super convenient-just a 5-minute stroll to the Central Markets and Chinatown. The pool and sauna area were fantastic for unwinding after a busy day, and I loved that the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The staff were friendly and check-in was a breeze, even late at night.
The apartment felt a bit worn, and some things needed fixing, like the lift being out of order. the TV was pretty small and didn't have smart features. The views from our room weren't the best either, overlooking a rundown area. it was a mixed bag for my weekend getaway.

The stay as good value for a central city apartment certainly was great value. By and large, it was lovely place for sightseeing in Adelaide, had much fun and met brilliantly helpful and professional staff on shift:)))

Cutting through the noise
The location makes it easy to explore, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool on level 6 was a refreshing highlight. A few maintenance issues hampered perfection, but it offers great value for a comfortable family stay.

I was delightfully surprised. The apartment was gorgeous, great size, well furnished, comfortable bedding, TV, DVD, stereo and a generous balcony that had the option of being fully closed or open, with out door chairs and table. Everything seemed to be brand new and very clean.
Signage on the street was non existent. But as long as you have the street number you will be fine.

The modern design, cooking facilities
I was disappointed the pool and gym were not built yet as I thought they were available at the time of booking
